Grading & marker
Grading: Create various sizes from the sample size/base size.
Marker: Laying out pattern pieces to cut production.
Step 6
Cutting production
What’s needed:
The paper marker that was made in step 4.
Marker is layed on top of fabric and cut.
Step 7
Sewing production
What’s needed:
production fabric, labels,
and trims
Once product is packaged, it is ready to sell.
What's the timeline of making a pattern and sample?
Patterns and sample are done on an average of 3 weeks.
Once you come in and your project is ready to go, we will give you an exact due date based on our currect projects.
Will you help with sourci​ng fabric/trims?
Unfortunately, we don't source materials, but we have a list of vendors that we share with our clients to help with the process.
What is the timeline for production?
Once we have cut, trims, and labels, we can finish a production of 200 pieces within 2 weeks.
Timeline might change based on our current projects. Before beginning a project, we will be honest about our current lead times.
